I liked the hotel decoration. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view of the sea and swimming pool was good from my Junior Suite Sea View. The hotel has a nice long beach where you can walk in the mornings.
The A/C was very loud at times.

The hotel includes two large swimming pools. Direct access to a private beach exist and it was good for snorkelling. I saw many restaurants in addition to the buffet. I really liked the breakfast buffet because it had everything and was of the highest standard.
Limited selection of alcoholic beverages was there, even when paying for them. I dont like this.

The hotel provided a free upgrade upon arrival. The varied food was of good quality, and I dined at several restaurants (it was a pleasant surprise). The sunbeds on the private beach were complimentary due to the all-inclusive option I selected. Mr Hanna arranged breakfast boxes for my early checkout, which I found convenient.
The hotel room air conditioning sounded like a jumbo jet. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent (this was a real problem). Photos in the advertisement do not accurately represent the hotel. I felt the hotel aligned more with a three-star experience.

i found the staff consistently helpful. hanna was attentive to our needs throughout our stay. the room provided beautiful views of the surrounding area.. the quiet beach provided a relaxing escape.
the wifi connection proved to be quite weak. i encountered some difficulties while trying to connect. the handout for restaurants and bars seemed overwhelming. it contained information about other hotels that felt irrelevant.

the pool area included well kept gardens. there were fine sea views from this location. our room featured ample space. it was kept everything was super clean.
the check-in process seemed quite manual. an electronic pre-check-in could streamline this system. i found the restaurant and bar handout information-heavy! it included details about other hotels. connecting to the wi-fi was a bit tricky.
